Superbank recorded pre-tax profit of IDR 385 billion (about US$21 million) in the first nine months of 2026, up 376% from a year earlier.
As of September, the Indonesian digital bank served more than 8 million customers.
PT Super Bank Indonesia Tbk (SUPA) attributed the Superbank Q3 2026 results to business expansion, improved operational efficiency and deeper integration with its digital ecosystem.
Loans, deposits and profitability
Total loans increased 52.6% year on year to IDR 13.8 trillion (about US$770 million).
Meanwhile, customer deposits rose 79.3% to IDR 17.6 trillion. Total assets grew 66.3% to IDR 27.5 trillion.
Net interest income climbed 41.9% to IDR 1.56 trillion. The bank’s cost-to-income ratio stood at 54.16%.
Its pre-tax return on equity rose to 6.23% from 2.03% a year earlier. The capital adequacy ratio stood at 73.26%.
According to President Director Tigor M. Siahaan, the bank measures growth by the value customers gain from its services, not by customer numbers alone.
He added that Superbank aims to meet more of its customers’ financial needs.
Lending and payments in partner apps
Grab and OVO users can now access Pinjaman Atur Sendiri (PAS), Superbank’s digital loan product, directly in those apps without downloading the Superbank app.
In the third quarter, the bank introduced a Top-Up & Bayar (Top-Up & Pay) feature in its own app, allowing customers to top up e-wallet balances, buy mobile credit and pay bills.
For the final quarter, Superbank said it will focus on deeper ecosystem integration, new financial services and sustainable growth.
Superbank’s shareholders include Grab, Emtek, Singtel, KakaoBank and GXS Bank.
