Easycash has entered a loan channeling partnership with Krom Bank, Warta Ekonomi reported.
Krom Bank supplies the credit, while Easycash helps channel funds to borrowers through its platform.
Operated by PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology, Easycash is an online lending (pindar) platform licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Krom Bank, formally PT Krom Bank Indonesia Tbk, is a subsidiary of Kredivo Group.
The bank treats loan channeling as one of its main lending routes and is adding new partners.
Its monthly financial statements show total loans of Rp11.59 trillion (about US$646 million) as of August 2026. That is up 50.4% from Rp7.70 trillion (about US$429 million) a year earlier.
President Director Anton Hermawan said a wider partner network helps the bank accelerate credit growth selectively.
He said lending through fintech partners is part of the bank’s strategy, with continued attention to asset quality, prudence and risk management.
Easycash already has loan channeling partnerships with several Indonesian banks, which support funding for individual borrowers.
From its 2017 founding to September 2026, the company says it facilitated Rp103.23 trillion (about US$5.75 billion) in cumulative funding.
Nucky Poedjiardjo, Easycash’s chief executive, said bank and pindar partnerships let each side draw on the other’s strengths.
His company brings experience in digital funding services, including technology to verify applicants and assess their eligibility.
He added Easycash will pay attention to borrowers’ repayment capacity, governance and consumer protection.
To support electronic know-your-customer (e-KYC) checks and borrower risk profiling, the platform uses artificial intelligence, big data and machine learning.
It says it applies these tools in line with prevailing rules, including on personal data security.
