Indonesia-based lending-as-a-service platform Finfra has secured a Series A extension from ADB Ventures, the venture capital arm of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), through NextFin Asia.
Finfra is the first company to receive investment through the fund, launched in February 2026 by the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT), ADB Ventures and Luxembourg’s foreign affairs ministry.
Existing investors Cento Ventures and Accion Ventures also participated in the round. The announcement did not disclose the funding amount.
Finfra plans to use the capital to support its growth, strengthen its technology platform and expand into new markets.
Finfra provides lending infrastructure
The company operates a lending-as-a-service platform that enables financial institutions to originate, underwrite, service and collect loans without building local operations from scratch.
The platform also supports embedded finance, allowing businesses and digital platforms to integrate credit services into their existing offerings.
Finfra says this helps lenders reach underserved borrowers and provides small businesses with another route to working capital.

“Access to credit remains one of the biggest challenges facing small businesses across Southeast Asia,”
said Markus Prommik, Founder and CEO of Finfra.
NextFin Asia makes its first investment
NextFin Asia supports early-stage technology companies working to improve financial inclusion across Southeast Asia.
The fund operates alongside LHoFT’s Catapult: Inclusion SE Asia acceleration programme, which Finfra joined in 2024.
It combines acceleration support with investment through ADB Ventures to help fintech companies expand across the region.
LHoFT said Finfra’s progression from programme participant to investee demonstrates how the initiative can support fintech growth.
Established in 2022, Finfra previously raised US$2.5 million in a 2024 funding round led by Cento Ventures.
