Indonesian technology company GoTo Gojek Tokopedia stated on Friday (July 11) that it respects the ongoing legal process and will support efforts to uphold the law.
The statement followed media reports that Indonesia’s Attorney General’s Office had raided GoTo’s premises in connection with an investigation into alleged corruption linked to the Ministry of Education’s laptop procurement programme between 2019 and 2022, Reuters reported.
GoTo has not been accused of any wrongdoing.

“We are cooperating with the authorities and following their directions,”
said Ade Mulya, GoTo’s Director of Public Affairs and Communications.
According to state news agency Antara, the Attorney General’s Office conducted the raid on Tuesday and seized various pieces of evidence, spokesperson Harli Siregar said.
