DANA has added 01Fintech as an investor as the Indonesian digital wallet expands its financial services offering.
Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
The deal was made through 01F Group’s growth-stage fintech private equity arm and strengthens the Singapore-based group’s presence in Indonesia’s digital finance sector.
DANA serves consumers, merchants and financial institutions through its digital payments and financial services platform, with its reach extending to MSMEs across major cities and regional markets.
Through the partnership, 01Fintech will support DANA’s continued growth, while the companies will explore ways to widen access to lending and working capital for MSMEs.
They will also look at areas such as micro-insurance, digital savings, wealth-building tools and cross-border payments for Indonesian merchants and consumers

Kenny Man, Founder and Managing Partner of 01F Group, said,
“Our investment in DANA is grounded in three core convictions: the platform’s exceptional operational discipline, its essential role in empowering local MSMEs, and the team’s unwavering resilience.
We are not just capital providers; we look forward to being a long-term partner to DANA as it continues to strengthen Indonesia’s digital financial infrastructure and broaden access to trusted financial services.”

Vince Iswara, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of DANA, said,
“Beyond capital, 01Fintech brings specialised fintech expertise, strategic regional connectivity, and a shared commitment to sustainable growth.
Together, we remain focused on strengthening our core platform, supporting everyday merchants, and providing trusted financial tools to communities across Indonesia.”
