Ricky Perdana Gozali was sworn in as Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Sunarto, on August 11.

Prior to this appointment, Ricky Perdana Gozali served as Head of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in Jakarta.

Over a career spanning three decades at Bank Indonesia, he has held various roles in the International Department, Foreign Exchange Management Department, and the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in New York.

He has also led the institution’s representative offices in Gorontalo, East Kalimantan, and South Sumatra, and served as Deputy Chair of the Bank Indonesia Employees Association (IPEBI).

The appointment as Deputy Governor is based on Presidential Decree Number 68/P of 2025, dated July 29, for a term of five years.
