Manulife Wealth & Asset Management has completed its acquisition of Schroder Investment Management Indonesia (SIMI) through Manulife Aset Manajemen Indonesia (MAMI), following regulatory approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
MAMI and SIMI will operate in parallel as the companies begin a phased integration.
Clients, partners, and employees will receive updates on branding, products, and operations throughout the transition.

Prior to the acquisition, MAMI managed IDR 124.3 trillion in assets for more than 2.5 million clients across mutual funds, segregated mandates, and sharia-compliant products.
SIMI, which has been operating in Indonesia since 1991, manages over IDR 53 trillion and maintains a strong local investment team and distribution network.
