We’re seeking a talented, endlessly curious individual to join our Product team. Our platform powers a rapidly scaling B2B fintech business that processes over US$2B in annual transaction volume - and growing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, takes full ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about building products that help global merchants expand into emerging markets. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing product strategies for multi-currency, alternative payment solutions, designed for complex and fragmented payment ecosystems. - Define and execute the overall product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Use data-driven decision-making and customer discovery efforts to optimize platform performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure the platform’s scalability to handle increasing transaction volumes.
- Oversee compliance with payment regulations, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
- Proven track record of delivering digital products or platforms in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage workflows across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, and fintech ecosystems.
- Experience scaling products in high-growth environments.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, priorities tasks effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
