- On a daily basis, Make outbound calls to merchants who have got rejected by SPP
- On a daily basis, make outbound calls to merchants who have not made any transactions yet
- Understand the merchants’ needs, then then record their feedback and relevant information in the tracker
- Explain product and service feature to merchants
- Upsell and cross-sell SPP products that may be useful for merchants
- Be patient with a polite and merchant-focused telephone manner
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales and/or telemarketing. Experience in fintech (if any) is a plus
- Strong verbal communication, has the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
- Key Performance Indicator-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt to the dynamic environment
- Nimble, agile, and able to nurture relationships with customers and handle the job effectively
- Strong diplomatic and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in research and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good at Microsoft Excel
