Monee is looking for a full-time Project Manager (Business Development) in Jakarta, Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, execute and analysis various projects in order to improve processes, implement new products and expand ShopeePay through marketing initiatives
- Manage working files for daily operations in each project involved
- Improve and implement best practices small merchant engagement strategies
- End to end stakeholder management, project coordination and roll-out of projects
- Initiate, manage and lead various projects from end to end with a maximum performance
- Conduct data analysis to find opportunities for process/product improvements for merchants and the Business Development team
- Establish and maintain relationship, conduct project meetings, make recommendations for project improvements and continuously follow up on the progress with relevant stakeholders
- Create overall flow and concept, action plans, report and escalate issues
- Interpret key message, analyze and enhance professional deck presentations
- Create and continuously update the project documentation
